在巴士站等26分鐘,那架每10分鐘一班的車還沒有來,要改乘計程車的同時,也讓人遲到、失信--在這情況下投訴得到什麼?就只是一句「我們會跟進」?抱歉,這並不足夠。沒錢轉乘計程車的人怎樣?拿著柺杖再站不下去的老伯怎樣?抱歉,這並不足夠。

Hi G,I don't know which company you take the bus from (I'm actually surprised that you do take a bus!),I always take the ones from KMB.For two/three weeks,I had to wait for up to 20 minutes instead of the average 10 minutes,I was quite cross and finally made a complaint to the company.They also said '我們會跟進' and now the bus does come 'on time'.Hope it'll happen to yours too.
