1. Mac DeMarco: Salad Days
本年聽得最多的唱片。唔好比佢嘅MV影響你！條友忽㗎！
2. FKA twigs: LP1
寫歌可以寫到超越form！Formless！
3. David Lang: Love Fail
不是唱流行曲那個David Lang，是耶魯大家音樂創作系教授那個。雖然每次聽朋友都會問我做咩聽聖詩。
4. Beck: Morning Phase
Beck不用多介紹。自從大碟Sea Change以來最好聽。
5. The War on Drugs: Lost in the Dream
唔知係咪我老左呢，The War On Drugs真係好好聽！情感好深。好有畫面。首首歌嘅結構都好勁。
6. Damon Albarn: Everyday Robots
黃昏都市人啲friend。咁當然係英式暗淡那種黃昏，寂寞中產那種都市人。
7. Jack White: Lazaretto
偏心之選。其實Jack White做咩我都會比佢入十大。結他好猛，高質素音響聽會更興奮，但不失又驚喜和幽默！救命我好鍾意Jack White！
8. St. Vincent: St. Vincent
記得那年在電台播St. Vincent，個個都問係邊個，結果終有今天，沒人不懂St. Vincent（好評+好賣），替她高興！細心聽吖，結他line好好。
9. Ariel Pink: Pom Pom
細個比志淙笑我最鍾意聽飄嘢，朋友笑我鍾情散聲王，咁我呢啲4AD fans，當然覺得Ariel Pink好正，最重要係呢張碟好多首歌都好感動。
10. Hozier: Hozier
猜不到今年樂壇Gay icon是直男（一曲Take me to the church誘發歌手們演繹癮）。本年最佳新Vocal，gospel式音樂，但沒有gospel的自由，換來精雕細琢的謹慎。唱k梗係唱Hozier。

來自西班牙馬德里的唱作才女 russian red 將於11月首度來港舉行首個香港演唱會。現年25歲的 russian red（原名 lourdes hernández）以她最喜歡的唇膏顏色為名進入歌壇，3年前於獨立唱片公司推出首張專輯《i love your glasses》，就是我當年選的年度十大最喜愛唱片:)
她於 2011年推出第二張全新專輯《fuerteventura》(fuerteventura是個西班牙的度假小島)，更找到曾為belle & sebastian, david byrne, mogwai, super furry animals, teenage fanclub 等操刀的音樂人 tony doogan 製作專輯。久等了，終於來港了。

我首次聽到這曲子的時候，想哭。
這種美麗使人快要落淚的音樂，存在於地球的另一方；如果沒有弄錯，他們大概來自格鲁吉爾（記得《卓韻芝奇遇記》中的 sticker boy 嗎？他來自格鲁吉爾），我驚訝如此美麗的音樂，竟連 google 也找不到一個相關英語介紹，事實上，我在查子好久好久，現在仍在懷疑這 chorus 合唱團的名字是否真的叫 alilo ；忽爾感到，我們在電腦彷彿看到整個世界，卻其實只不過丁點一角。
看世界，有時就只能用腳走。
有趣的是，他們在不久前開了 facebook — 一個你點擊進去之後會因為文字障礙而立即關上視窗的 facebook 戶口 — 我們一起加入他們的專頁，讓他們知道香港有人享受著他們製造的美麗吧。

biophilia的十首曲子都將另外製作成獨立的 apps，可以在 itune apps store下載。這十支 apps 將整合在一個主 apps 中，以銀河空間的概念呈現，每一首歌的 apps 都有獨立的主題，內容包括一個互動式的遊戲，讓使用者可以自行控制樂曲中的聲音元素，創造出自己的樂曲版本。另外這些 apps 中還包含一個樂曲的動畫 mv，以及動態的歌詞、樂譜與創作相關資料。

biophilia 學家:
艾德華·威爾森（Edward Osborne Wilson，1929年6月10日－，出生於美國阿拉巴馬州伯明罕）是一位美國昆蟲學家和生物學家。他尤其以他對生態學、演化論和社會生物學的研究而著名。他的主題研究對象是螞蟻，尤其是螞蟻通過費洛蒙進行通訊。他1975年寫的《社會生物學：新綜合》引起了對社會生物學的爭論。生物多樣性這個詞也是他引入的。
威爾森認為，保存基因，而不是保存生物，是進化的目標（理察·道金斯後來在他的《自私的基因》中更加詳細地闡明了這個觀點），他還研究了20世紀的生物集群滅絕和這個滅絕與現代社會之間的關係。

因為我時常躲在房中聽 dark wave，細個阿媽成日驚我入邪教，問我為何「聽埋d嘢好似念經」，我還搞 gag 說邪教要比錢的，落尖咀去 music union 借唱片平好多。無論如何，這是我小時候真心覺得好好聽，而不是因為覺得好有型而聽的音樂。
after 7 years exploring the global underground dark wave and experimental scenes, with collaborations with thierry muller and mater suspiria vision, mushy (aka italy's valentina f.) finally unveils her own double sided peon to the darkness. deeply influenced by cocteau twins, grouper, nico, angels of light and the 80s minimal wave movement 'faded heart' lolls in an undertow of lo-fi atmospherics ranging from dream-pop delight to nighmarish nocturnal terrors. smashing pumpkins 的主腦 billy corgan 在他的 twitter 中表示：於2010年加入樂隊的低音結他手 nicole ，正是他們的經典唱片 siamese dream 封面中的女孩，nicole 剛剛才向他承認此事，因為害怕smashing pumpkins 會因此不讓她加入樂隊。
